About the Role

Proeze is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring fresh, innovative ideas and deliver visually stunning designs. The ideal candidate should be able to work across social media, branding, marketing assets, presentations, and creative campaigns with quick turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Conceptual Thinking

  • Develop innovative, visually appealing designs for multiple platforms.

  • Bring fresh creative ideas, concepts, and stories into every project.

  • Understand brand tone, messaging, and apply consistent visual language.

Social Media & Digital Creatives

  • Design high-quality social media posts, ads, banners, reels covers, thumbnails, etc.

  • Create engaging visuals tailored specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Branding & Marketing Assets

  • Develop logos, brand guidelines, brand identity systems, and corporate design elements.

  • Design marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, case studies, pitch decks, and emailers (EDMs).

  • Create campaign-specific visuals for both digital and print formats.

Presentations & Business Collateral

  • Create professional, visually rich pitch decks, presentations, and sales materials.

  • Work with content and strategy teams to convert ideas into compelling presentations.

Execution & Delivery

  • Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround time and high-quality output.

  • Maintain consistent design standards across all assets.

  • Own the responsibility of creative execution from concept to delivery.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams.

  • Collaborate actively, accept feedback, and contribute ideas.

  • Support internal teams with design requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc.

  • Ability to create visually compelling layouts, color palettes, typography, and branding.

  • Good understanding of modern design trends and industry standards.

  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Video editing/motion graphics knowledge is an added advantage.
