Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Elance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our visual identity. You will be responsible for creating and editing visually compelling assets including posters, ad campaign creatives, social media graphics, brochures, and other

marketing materials. This role requires a designer with 3–5 years of experience, a strong sense of responsibility, an interest in exploring AI-powered design tools, and a collaborative mindset aligned with Elance’s long-term vision and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Editing

  • Create and edit visually engaging posters for ad campaigns, social media, video covers, and digital platforms.

  • Design and refine brochures, logos, brand collaterals, and marketing assets.

  • Develop creative designs for special occasions, events, and institutional initiatives.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with the content, marketing, and performance teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

  • Actively participate in discussions, accept feedback constructively, and contribute to team-based creative solutions.

  • Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Ensure all designs strictly adhere to Elance’s brand guidelines.

  • Maintain consistency in visual tone, typography, and design language across all platforms.

  • Timeliness & Ownership

  • Deliver all assigned design tasks within defined timelines with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Be flexible and responsive to urgent or last-minute design requirements when needed.

  • Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery.

  • Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and show enthusiasm to explore and experiment with AI for creative efficiency and innovation.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (mandatory).

  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI-based design tools, with a passion to experiment and adopt new technologies.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to quality output.

  • Team-oriented mindset with respect for collaboration, timelines, and shared goals.

  • Loyal, dependable, and aligned with the organization’s long-term growth.
