This is a finance role!

I’m currently partnering with a rapidly growing, family-owned industrial and manufacturing organization to hire a Sales & Business Analyst in a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO.

This is a highly visible opportunity designed to support the company’s continued expansion and ongoing financial transformation. The role offers exceptional exposure across Finance, Sales, and Operations, with the chance to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and reports directly into the CFO.

Key responsibilities:

• Sales, pricing, and gross margin analysis

• Customer and product profitability analysis

• KPI reporting and business performance tracking

• Budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning support

• Commercial and strategic financial analysis

• Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations leadership

• Supporting process improvement and systems transformation initiatives

• Delivering actionable insights to drive business performance and decision-making

Ideal profile:

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business analysis, or cost accounting

✔️ Strong analytical and Excel skills

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation abilities

✔️ Commercially minded with strong business acumen

✔️ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

✔️ Experience with BI, ERP, or FP&A tools is a plus
