Compensation:
$110,000 - $135,000 Base +Bonus

Summary

We are partnering with a multi-strategy hedge fund looking to add a Strategic Finance Analyst to its FP&A team. This individual will play a key role in driving financial strategy and business performance across the organization.

The position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement in high-impact initiatives, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. The role also emphasizes leveraging advanced tools, including AI-driven analytics, to improve processes and deliver actionable insights.

This is a highly visible position that works cross-functionally with investment teams, operations, and external partners. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about contributing to the growth and scalability of a successful, mid-sized platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models to analyze firm-wide performance and identify trends

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

  • Serve as a finance business partner across multiple business units and strategies

  • Own and manage the firm's ongoing forecast process

  • Prepare and present financial reporting to senior leadership

  • Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and new opportunities

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting in partnership with the Controller, for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Leverage AI tools and advanced data modeling techniques to enhance reporting and decision-making

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or related finance roles

  • Strong ability to communicate and present financial insights to senior stakeholders

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and PowerPoint required

  • Exposure to AI tools and data analytics platforms preferred

  • Proven ability to operate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
