Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 2 years with an advanced degree.

  • 4 years of experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP.

  • Experience in developing strategies in fast-moving engaged environments, with effective business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.

  • Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.

  • Ability to take ownership, interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive core central financial planning and analysis processes for GBO including planning, forecasting, budget management, cost allocation, management reporting and other ad hoc initiatives.

  • Work with Geo, Revenue, Ads, Search (GRAS) Finance teams and coordinate efforts to deliver impactful analysis and insights to executive stakeholders.

  • Act as financial planning and analysis partner for central business cost centers, with a focus on budget management and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance DNA, Hub, corporate financial planning and analysis, strategy and operations to ensure effective partnership and impactful results.
