Experienced CNC Machinist | Train on 1st Shift → Move to Consistent 2nd Shift

We are currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join our growing team. This position begins training on 1st shift before transitioning to a consistent 2nd shift schedule.

We are looking for machinists who take pride in their work, communicate well, and want to be part of a collaborative manufacturing environment where people are respected.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and/or set up CNC machining equipment

• Read blueprints and follow work instructions

• Perform quality checks using measurement tools

• Troubleshoot machining issues

• Maintain production and quality standards

• Work closely with team members

What We’re Looking For

Required

• CNC machining experience

• Ability to use basic measurement tools

• Mechanical aptitude

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Team-oriented attitude

Preferred

• CNC setup experience

• Experience with lathes, mills, or Hydromat equipment

• Blueprint reading

• Troubleshooting skills

Shift Information

• Training completed on 1st shift

• Position transitions to a consistent 2nd shift schedule

• Shift premium included for off-shift work
