Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a top fashion company in New York, New York! We are seeking a highly experienced, confident, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the President of a rapidly growing Luxury division within our men’s and women’s business. This role is ideal for a strategic EA who thrives with limited direction, can keep an executive on track amid competing priorities, and wants to be deeply embedded in a business that intersects fashion, sports, retail, and pop culture.

  • Pay rate: $45-57 hourly

  • On-site: NY, NY

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner to the President

  • Own complex, everchanging calendars and scheduling across multiple priorities and time zones

  • Proactively manage conflicts, anticipate needs, and keep the executive focused and on track

  • Prepare daily agendas, briefing documents, and priority summaries

  • Coordinate all internal and external meetings, including executive leadership, brand partners, and cross functional teams

  • Handle full meeting logistics: scheduling, agendas, materials, conference rooms, and followups

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and last minute changes

  • Act as a liaison across ecommerce, wholesale, and direct channels

  • Interface with teams supporting sports, luxury, and emerging retail brands

  • Support special projects tied to brand initiatives, key milestones, and growth priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Confident, highly organized, and comfortable operating with minimal direction

  • Exceptionally strong in calendar management, scheduling, time management, and prioritization

  • Naturally resourceful and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and protect executive time

  • Passionate about retail, fashion, sports, and brand driven culture

  • Comfortable acting as a trusted partner and confidant, not just administrative support
