About the Company

Our client is a global professional service firm looking to hire an EA to join their growing team in their beautiful offices in the Southern Suburbs. This is a hybrid role, offering a fantastic package!

About the Role

You will provide top-level support to an exec and their wider team. You should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings, managing complex schedules, booking global travel, managing expenses and creating documents. You'll work as part of a highly effective, global EA team covering your colleagues and maintaining high professional standards at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management

  • Meeting and travel arrangements

  • Email management

  • Creating slides, meeting notes and documents for your team

Required Skills

  • Experience in a similar role - ideally professional services or corporate

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
