Job Description

Execute assigned civil works (earthwork, substructure, superstructure, finishing, etc.) by approved drawings and technical specifications. Supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.

Monitor daily site progress, escalate delays or issues to reporting managers. Ensure timely availability and optimum utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.

Conduct inspection of civil works including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, etc. Maintain site documentation like DPR, inspection checklists, material reconciliation, etc.

Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and with HSE for ensuring safe work practices. Support in the preparation of bar bending schedules (BBS), joint measurements, and contractor bills.

Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with design/engineering teams. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, client requirements, and safety guidelines.
