Job Description

TOD'S Group Amercias is currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join the team. The E-Commerce Manager serves as the operational core of the E-Commerce team, bringing high-level strategy set by the Senior Director with day-to-day execution carried out by the E-Commerce Specialist. This role owns site performance and commercial operations across 4 DTC brand sites within the Tod's Group portfolio, while monitoring digital performance across other key channels. Working cross-functionally with local and HQ marketing, supply chain, and technology partners, the E-commerce Manager ensures the channel operates with rigor, consistency, and a strong commercial mindset — while mentoring and supporting the development of the E-Commerce Specialist.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A/B testing, search optimization, and PDP tools, with the ability to drive site search improvements and oversee testing and previews

  • Managing cross-selling features such as Similar Styles, You May Also Like and Complete the Look.

  • Proactively aligning the e-commerce roadmap and HQ operations cadence with key retail moments and product launch windows.

  • Coordinate E-comm calendar with marketing team.

  • Coordinating cross-functionality with local and HQ marketing teams on campaign planning, email/NL, and SMS calendars

  • Own the reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.

  • Stock analysis and monitoring, identifying insights and missed opportunities.

  • Newness stock out call outs + TIP replenishment, EU overlap.

  • Project roadmap proposal.

  • Run weekly operations calls with HQ.

  • Budget/forecast and invoice tracking.

  • Ad Hoc Projects

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex performance data, build reporting frameworks, and translate findings into clear business recommendations — including stock analysis, missed opportunity identification, and newness stock-out callouts

  • Exceptional attention to detail across all reporting and operational workflows

  • Solid understanding of UX best practices and their impact on conversion, with hands-on experience managing cross-selling features such as Similar Styles, You May Also Like, and Complete the Look

  • Strong awareness of the industry and commercial calendar.

  • Proven ability to mentor and develop e-commerce talent, with experience coaching a specialist or junior team member on site merchandising, content updates, tagging, and channel strategy

  • Comfortable proposing activities to HQ’s project roadmap, showcasing the value-add, and presenting operational recommendations to senior leadership

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, analytics/reporting tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 5–7 years of e-commerce experience with at least 2 years in a management or lead capacity
