Job Description

Highly regarded Midtown, NYC hedge fund is seeking to hire a sophisticated, self-confident, warm, welcoming and well-educated Executive Assistant out of ANY corporate environment to support one of the firms' top leaders.

Provide professional gatekeeping and act as true extension to Executive.

Manage intricate calendar and meeting scheduling. Prepare notes and meeting materials. Coordinate consistent domestic and global travel. Organize office gatherings and events.

8+ years of consistent experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive.

Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Concur, required.

Base up to 200K plus paid overtime, generous bonus and comprehensive benefits and perks.
