Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team and cross-functional departments to identify and prioritize growth strategies for Singapore, while ensuring cohesive consumer journeys

  • Conduct in depth analysis of platform trends, consumer behaviour and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategies and maximize sales

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of promotional activities and marketplace accounts across Singapore

  • Partner with e-distributors and e-retailers in Singapore to ensure flawless execution of strategic plans to support business growth in Singapore

  • Work with customers to establish Joint Value Plans (JVPs) aligned with company and eCommerce channel strategies, and monitor monthly eCommerce performance.

+ Actively participate in and present during Quarterly Business Reviews with eCommerce customers. Facilitate updates and training with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of customer plans and strategies.
+ Optimize the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including quarterly activity grid planning, development, and deployment. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams for eCommerce activations.
+ Ensure clear communication of account promotion plans, terms and conditions, and spending plans.
+ Manage customer-level execution, negotiation, and engagement.
+ Maintain expense spending within budgetary allocations and policy guidelines.
+ Provide monthly data on initiatives, pricing, distribution, and competitive activity

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Develop, orchestrate and execute shopper activities and promotional plans.

  • Drive sustainable growth in shopper penetration and conversion rates to consistently meet or exceed Net Sales targets.

  • Conduct rigorous weekly performance audits to capitalize on successes and pivot strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Synthesize sales metrics and demographic data to decode market trends and consumer behavior.

  • Monitor weekly performance closely to identify areas of success and improvement strategies.

  • Analyze data to understand sales performance and demographic trends.

  • Maintain close collaboration with respective account managers to maximise brand visibility across platforms.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Business-related degrees or a Marketing degree.

  • Minimum 4 - 6 years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok shop/marketing is essential.

  • Prior experience with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is highly preferred

  • A demonstrated history of delivering high-impact marketing solutions and meeting KPIs.

  • Strong proficiency in priority setting, project planning, and flawless execution.
