About ANIA HAIE

ANIA HAIE is a global, trend-led silver  jewellery brand with offices in Dallas, London, and Shenzhen.

We’ve built a strong international presence — and now we’re focused on accelerating our growth across the U.S.

This is where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven, hands-on Sales Director to lead and grow our U.S. wholesale business.

You’ll be based in Dallas and take ownership of expanding the brand across:

  • Independent jewellers

  • Premium boutiques

  • Leading department stores

  • Multiples

  • Online channels

This is a high-impact role with real autonomy — perfect for someone who wants to build a market, not just manage one.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving U.S. Growth

  • Own and deliver wholesale revenue targets across the United States

  • Identify new opportunities, markets, and retail partners

  • Expand ANIA HAIE and AURELIE GI's footprint across key regions

Building Key Accounts

  • Develop strong relationships with top jewellery and fashion retailers

  • Grow existing accounts while opening new doors

  • Position ANIA HAIE and AURELIE GI as a must-have brand in-store

Hands-On Sales

  • Lead from the front — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing

  • Represent the brand at major trade shows (JCK, RJO, APP, etc.)

  • Manage and motivate a network of sales reps and in house team.

Commercial & Market Insight

  • Monitor sell-through, product performance, and trends

  • Provide feedback on pricing, assortment, and merchandising

  • Act as the voice of the U.S. market internally

Global Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams in the UK and Shenzhen

  • Align sales activity with product launches and marketing campaigns

  • Help shape the global growth strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 8-10+ years in jewellery, fashion accessories, or lifestyle brands

  • Strong experience in wholesale / B2B sales

  • Proven ability to grow accounts and

hit revenue targets
  • A strong network across U.S. independents, boutiques, or department stores

  • A hands-on, proactive mindse

t
— someone who makes things happen

Bonus if you have:

  • Trade show experience (JCK or similar)

  • Experience in fast-growing or international brands

  • Familiarity with CRM / sales tools

What’s On Offer

  • Competitive base + commission (

OTE $100K–$120K
)
  • The opportunity to own and build the U.S. market

  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Real visibility with global leadership

Why This Role?

This isn’t just another sales leadership role.

  • It’s a chance to take a globally recognised brand and scale it across the U.S. — working with top retailers and shaping how the brand grows in one of the most important markets.

Practice Questions

💡Technical Questions (3)
  • 1.How do you approach analyzing sell-through rates and product performance to adjust pricing, assortment, or merchandising strategies for a trend-led jewellery brand?
  • 2.Walk me through your strategy for expanding a brand's footprint into premium boutiques and leading department stores where you currently lack a relationship.
  • 3.Given the need to align with global teams in the UK and Shenzhen, how do you ensure your U.S. sales activity and market feedback effectively shape the global growth strategy?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you took a globally recognized brand and successfully scaled it across a new or underperforming regional market.
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to lead from the front—personally prospecting, pitching, and closing a major account—while also managing a team of sales reps.
  • 3.Give me an example of how you turned around a stagnant wholesale account that wasn't hitting revenue targets, positioning the brand as a must-have in-store.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You are at a major trade show like JCK, and a key independent jeweller expresses interest but is hesitant to commit because they already carry several silver brands. How do you handle this in the moment?
  • 2.You notice that while your new account acquisitions are on track, the sell-through at existing premium boutiques is dropping, and reorders are stalling. What is your action plan?
