Job Description

 Planning marketing campaigns including cost analysis, preparing supplies and material, developing collateral and visual assets, and more.

 Generate content to be used in multiple channels including the website, social media, and more.

 Design graphics, banners, icons, and other digital assets.

 Generating business intelligence reports to measure the results of marketing campaigns, track sales, product lines, and growth.

 Manage website including content, through CMS system, creation of new web pages, web graphics, and improvements to user experience.

 Plan and implements improvements to SEO, and track performance.

 Produce email marketing blasts and track performance.

 Translation of business need into market solution.

 Research marketplace to identify new opportunities for growth through NPD.

 Cross-departmental project coordination to support product launches.

 Create specifications for new product, SKU numbers, and technical requirements.

Qualifications

 Undergraduate degree required. Master’s Degree or higher is desired.

 Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, 5+ years desired.

 Experience and proven skill level in design, content generation, and managing web content.

 Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines, and prioritize

 Commitment to driving the company forward each day, AKA “skin in the game.”

 Very good communication and teamwork skills

 Experience with all MS office programs, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, CMS systems.
