Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across Garuda Aerospace's product lines — including agri-drones, defence UAVs, drone training programmes, and Centres of Excellence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and eager to contribute to India's drone revolution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
• Identify and generate B2B and B2C leads across agriculture, defence, government, and enterprise segments.
• Build and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital channels.
• Run targeted outreach campaigns to engage farmers, FPOs, government agencies, defence institutions, and educational partners.
• Qualify leads and coordinate handover to the sales and business development teams.
Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms — including posts, reels, stories, and campaign creatives.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce compelling marketing collateral.
Brand & Outreach
• Support participation in industry events, trade fairs, and drone expos to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, product launches, and follow-up sequences.
• Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence to the team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital efforts with revenue goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing and/or lead generation roles.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of , email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Good copywriting and communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred / Good to Have
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, technology, or startup environment.
• Familiarity with drone technology, agri-tech, or defence sectors.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and content creation for social media.
• Experience running WhatsApp Business / broadcast marketing campaigns.
