  • Code project invoices for processing and ensure proper cost allocation

  • Prepare fixed asset reconciliation and closing journal entries upon project completion

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent project deadlines and perform well under pressure

  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Experience in construction accounting and fixed asset accounting — required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with construction accounting software is a plus

  • Core competencies: Productivity, Sense of Urgency, Communication, Decision Making, Dependability, and Problem Solving & Analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field — required

  • 2+ years of project accounting or construction accounting experience preferred

  • Experience in real estate development, hospitality, or multi-site capital project accounting strongly preferred
