  • 2.Can you explain how you would analyze data flows, archival, and deletion dependencies when supporting a Data Architect in a compliance-driven environment?
  • 3.What is your approach to refining entity definitions and classification policies when business stakeholders report inaccurate sensitive data discovery outcomes?
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you had to validate sensitive data identification with both technical and clinical or business stakeholders. How did you bridge the gap?

  • 3.Give an example of how you facilitated data owner sign-offs during a critical implementation phase despite initial resistance.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You are reviewing BigID discovery outcomes and notice that a critical database containing patient records has zero PII/PHI flagged, while a similar database has thousands of flags. What do you do?
  • 2.A compliance stakeholder wants to immediately delete all data flagged as PII by the discovery tool, but the Data Architect warns that deletion will break a critical ETL pipeline. How do you handle this?
