What You’ll Do

The role of the data analyst is to support the commercial team with data reporting and analysis. This includes reviewing data from internal and external sources (Nielsen, Euromonitor, Kantar, scan sales etc.), interpreting data into meaningful insights, to support the commercial team on making informed business decisions.

  • Support the commercial team on regular updates on business performance, which includes daily, weekly, monthly sales and execution reports

  • Support the commercial planning and sales team on promotion strategies and post-promotion evaluations, business reviews as the sales team’s sparring partner, and ad hoc analyses by synthesizing information from multiple sources into meaningful insights and conveying the message through clear visualization.

  • Support the channel sales team on analysis and provide insights.

  • Work closely with other functions (e.g. CDE, RTM, Finance, Sales) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Continuously effort to improve reporting efficiency and relevance, e.g. report automation, refreshing reports to reflect relevant metrics according to business needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Skills

  • Experience in Nielsen and Power BI is a plus
