Practice Questions

💡Technical Questions (3)
  • 1.How do you approach developing a process flow and balancing a new Assembly/Welding line to meet a specific takt time during a product launch?
  • 2.Walk me through your process for conducting a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for a new piece of automated welding equipment.
  • 3.Explain how you utilize FMEAs and Control Plans during the launch phase of a new manufacturing process.
🎯Behavioral Questions (3)
  • 1.Tell me about a time you had to resolve a significant launch challenge or quality issue on a manufacturing line using a structured problem-solving methodology.
  • 2.Describe a situation where you had to align cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet a critical project milestone under a tight timeline.
  • 3.Give an example of a time you drove Lean Manufacturing principles and waste reduction in a high-volume production environment.
🧩Situational Questions (2)
  • 1.You are in the final commissioning phase of a new Cybercab assembly line, and you discover that a critical welding station is consistently exceeding its target cycle time by 15%, putting the overall launch milestone at risk. What do you do?
  • 2.During a ramp-up, data from your SPC charts indicates that a key dimensional specification on the assembly line is trending out of control, but the equipment is still passing its in-line quality checks. How do you handle this?
