Role Overview

YASH Technologies is seeking a senior Consulting Leader to build and scale our
Digital Strategy & Transformation practice across the Americas
. This executive will serve as a market-facing leader responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping strategic digital programs, advising C-suite executives, and leading complex enterprise transformations.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in digital strategy, operating model transformation, and technology-enabled business change, combined with strong commercial acumen and practice-building capabilities.

Job Description:

Practice Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Build, scale, and lead the Digital Strategy & Transformation consulting practice across the Americas.

  • Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and margin performance for the consulting portfolio.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to drive new logos and expand existing accounts.

  • Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and executive presentations.

  • Develop differentiated offerings, intellectual property (IP), and thought leadership assets.

Digital Strategy & Enterprise Transformation Leadership

  • Advise C-suite executives (CEO, CIO, COO, CFO, CDO) on digital strategy, operating model modernization, and enterprise transformation.

  • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives including:

  • Digital operating model design

  • Enterprise platform modernization (ERP, Data, Cloud)

  • Process transformation & automation

  • AI-driven transformation initiatives

  • Customer experience transformation

  • Translate business strategy into executable digital roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategy through implementation oversight.

Client Advisory & Executive Engagement

  • Cultivate long-term, trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Facilitate executive workshops and board-level strategy sessions.

  • Provide strategic insights on disruptive technologies, AI, automation, cloud, data platforms, and industry shifts.

  • Position YASH as a transformation partner—not just a technology implementer.

Delivery Oversight & Value Realization

  • Provide executive oversight for large-scale, multi-million-dollar transformation programs.

  • Ensure alignment between consulting strategy and technology delivery execution.

  • Drive measurable business outcomes (cost optimization, revenue growth, productivity gains, digital maturity uplift).

  • Oversee benefits realization frameworks and financial modeling of transformation initiatives.

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

  • Develop industry-relevant digital transformation playbooks.

  • Contribute to market-facing content (whitepapers, webinars, conferences).

  • Articulate YASH’s end-to-end services portfolio fluently.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing consulting team.

  • Establish a strong leadership brand in the US market.

  • Develop a robust talent pipeline and differentiated employee experience.

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 15+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Digital Strategy, or Technology Advisory.

  • Proven track record leading Digital Strategy & Enterprise Transformation programs in the Americas.

  • Demonstrated experience owning revenue targets and growing consulting practices.

  • Experience across one or more industries:
