Overview:

The primary responsibility for this Field Manager position is the ability to perform site build activities and the ability to troubleshooting hardware/software systems where necessary.

Key Tasks:

  • Perform site audits, safety inspections, and construction quality reviews while ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards, customer requirements, and local regulations.

  • Manage and support site integration activities including troubleshooting of telecom hardware, software, RAN, RF, microwave, and transmission systems.

  • Coordinate daily with suppliers, crews, and project stakeholders to track construction progress, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines.

  • Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, RF designs, and manufacturer specifications to ensure accurate installation and commissioning of equipment.

  • Execute microwave installation, commissioning, alignment, and testing activities across wireless network sites.

  • Verify proper grounding, electrical connections, antenna configurations, and safe installation practices at cell sites and telecom facilities.

  • Support T-Mobile and multi-carrier network deployments with strong knowledge of telecom construction, site scoping, and integration standards.

  • Troubleshoot cabinets, rack-mounted equipment, fiber, and transmission infrastructure while identifying and resolving field-related technical issues.

  • Maintain Health & Safety compliance by implementing OSHA 10/Fall Protection or OSHA 30 standards and promoting safe work practices in all environments.

  • Travel up to 80% nationwide to support wireless construction, integration, and commissioning activities in outdoor and fast-paced field environments.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Ability to follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, 10 / 30, local turfing vendors, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner to save time and cost.

  • Ensures all local build standards and regulations are followed during Site Construction

  • Daily interlock with Supplier (meetings, status, etc.)

  • Microwave installation, commissioning and alignment.

  • Understands and implements RAN, RF and Transmission designs.

  • Basic knowledge of Antennae & RF configuration at cell sites.

  • Grounding and various types of electrical voltages and safe connection methods.

  • Interprets various documents (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.) to ensure proper installation of equipment

  • Health &Safety standards implemented and followed

  • Ability to safely use hand and small power tools.

  • Capacity to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

  • A willingness to travel and/or work outdoors in all weather conditions when required.

  • You must gave experience with SiteTracker and TelonView
