Role Responsibilities

  • Utilize Canva extensively to create, edit, and manage a variety of design assets for AI training purposes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent assets.

  • Document design processes and decisions clearly to support effective AI training and data annotation.

  • Provide constructive feedback on Canva workflows and usability to enhance team effectiveness.

  • Maintain organized repositories of creative materials and ensure proper version control for all design files.

  • Communicate clearly and promptly via written and verbal channels to ensure project goals and updates are understood by stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of of hands-on experience using Canva at a user level.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate the ability to follow guidelines and instructions precisely while maintaining creativity.

  • Be familiar with collaborative online tools and remote working best practices.

  • Have strong organizational skills for managing digital assets efficiently.
