Job Description:
As a Business Operations Analyst at Access Analytix, you will play a hands-on role in executing and supporting core transactional and operational workflows. This position focuses on accurate, timely execution while also contributing to process improvement, remote team coordination, and operational initiatives. The role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem solver, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with real-time operational demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution:

Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution.
  • Process Alignment & Improvement:

Ensure operational processes are aligned across teams and systems; identify gaps and drive continuous workflow and performance improvements.
  • Remote Team Coordination:

Oversee and coordinate work performed by remote and offshore teams, providing operational guidance, prioritization, and support.
  • Performance Oversight:

Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures; track KPIs and operational metrics to ensure consistent and compliant execution.
  • Operational Initiatives:

Support system implementations, process updates, and operational projects that improve transactional execution and scalability.
  • Inventory Management:

Manage inventory using internal tools while ensuring accurate verification, condition checks, and timely cataloging.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience Requirement:

1+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or another fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new operational systems and software.
  • Team Collaboration:

Comfortable working with remote and offshore teams.
  • Flexible Schedule:

Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
  • Execution Focus:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset:

Comfortable identifying issues, making decisions, and resolving operational problems in real time.
  • Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
