About The Role :

We are looking for a Brand Manager to participate in a develop and maintain brand image. For this role, you will collaborates with external party such as advertising agency and media to implement marketing strategy.

What You Will Do ?

  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen market leadership.

  • Own annual business planning, target achievement, and budget management.

  • Translate consumer insights and market analysis into impactful growth initiatives.

  • Drive excellence in campaign execution to improve awareness, penetration, and loyalty.

  • Lead innovation pipeline and manage product lifecycle to ensure long-term competitiveness.

  • Monitor performance and implement strategic actions to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

  • Responsible for NPL and risk management.

What You Will Need ?

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Brand Manager within FMCG / Consumer Health industry.

  • Strong track record in driving brand growth and achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capability.

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL).

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • High ownership mindset with strong execution excellence.
