The HEINEKEN Company is looking for a Brand Manager to lead Heineken® in Indonesia, building campaigns, experiences, and conversations that keep the brand iconic, relevant, and impossible to ignore.

This role is for someone who understands that modern marketing is part creativity, part commerce, part culture, and part execution under pressure.

You’ll work on one of the most recognisable premium brands in the world, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to create work that consumers love and competitors wish they made first.

YOUR PLAYGROUND

  • Build strategies that grow Heineken®’s premium leadership

  • Turn insights, trends, and cultural moments into impactful campaigns

  • Lead campaigns from brief to launch to optimisation

  • Balance brand love with business performance

  • Bring global Heineken® platforms into locally relevant executions

  • Partner with agencies to create bold, premium, culturally connected work

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to drive execution excellence

  • Keep an eye on trends before they become everyone else’s deck slide

YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU…

  • Have 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG

  • Think strategically but execute practically

  • Understand both creativity and commercial realities

  • Are naturally curious about consumers, trends, and culture

  • Can influence stakeholders and manage complexity

  • Thrive in fast-moving environments

  • Speak and write fluent English

  • Bring ownership, energy, and collaborative spirit into the room

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
