The Role 💼

  • Transactional Support:

Assist in representing corporate clients across a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities offerings, and governance initiatives.
  • Legal Research & Due Diligence:

Conduct comprehensive legal research and due diligence to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support deal execution.
  • Drafting & Documentation:

Prepare, review, and revise key transactional documents - including merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements, as well as corporate resolutions and related filings.
