Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Social Media

About the Role

We’re looking for a social-first thinker who understands content, culture, and community. Someone who can manage brand pages end-to-end while working closely with creators, agencies, and production partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media platforms

  • Plan, publish, and optimize content calendars

  • Coordinate with creators, influencers, shoots, and external agencies

  • Support social campaigns, video content, and digital IPs

  • Bring platform-first ideas and trend-led thinking

  • Work on campaign planning and execution across digital platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in social media/digital marketing

  • Prior experience in digital-first or social media agencies is mandatory

  • Experience working on integrated digital/social campaigns

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
