Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily Construction (Austin, TX)

I’m partnered with a reputable General Contractor seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a ground-up 350-unit multifamily project in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily site operations from start to completion

  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections

  • Support safety, quality control, and project documentation

  • Work closely with the Lead Superintendent to keep the project on schedule

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of ground-up multifamily construction experience

  • Experience on large apartment or podium projects preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced jobsite environment

Compensation:

  • Up to $135,000 base salary + benefits
