Role Description

The role is an Architect Liaison, responsible for facilitating communication between the construction team, clients, architects, and designers. The Architect Liaison assists in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring smooth collaboration and integration of project elements. Key responsibilities include coordinating with all stakeholders to clarify design requirements, addressing any discrepancies or challenges that arise, and supporting the construction team in maintaining alignment with the architectural vision.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design

  • Experience in Project Management and overseeing project timelines

  • Familiarity with Software Development and Integration methods and technologies

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams

  • Proficiency with design and architectural tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

  • Familiarity with Los Angeles building codes and construction requirements is a plus
