The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Finance to...

  • Prepare and distribute weekly performance snapshots highlighting key business results

  • Develop monthly financial forecasts to assess channel performance; analyze variances versus forecast, budget, and prior‑year results, and clearly articulate key drivers and trends

  • Identify, assess, and communicate key risks and opportunities impacting the North America business

  • Support the Kate Spade North America month‑end close and consolidation process by analyzing key expense line items and partnering with Accounting to ensure accurate expense recognition

  • Deliver ad hoc financial analyses, including detailed backup support and bridge analyses, to inform leadership decision‑making and highlight underlying performance trends

  • Prepare and distribute month‑end financial reporting to key business partners

  • Coordinate and participate in monthly expense reviews with cross‑functional partners to track performance against financial targets

  • Communicate financial concepts and insights effectively to non‑finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration

  • 1-3 years of Finance or related experience

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of Microstrategy, PBCS and SAP a plus

  • P&L Budgeting / Forecasting / Analysis experience preferred

  • Consumer Products / Retail experience a plus
