Aviara Aesthetic, led by Dr. Katherine Ahn, specializes in airway aesthetic dentistry and regenerstove facial rejuvenation procedures. Dr. Ahn's integrative approach prioritizes optimal smile and facial aesthetics while promoting whole body wellness. The practice offers services such as smile makeovers, full mouth reconstruction, jaw development, myofunctional therapy, functional frenectomy, TMJ, sleep apnea and orthodontics. Aviara Aesthetic operates from two locations, including a Beverly Hills office, providing premium care in a professional setting.

Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a PA, NP, or RN specializing in aesthetics. The successful candidate will perform consultations in airway, lifestyle & aesthetics using the Aviara Method, an integrative approach to health, beauty & aesthetics. The candidate will perform aesthetic procedures, consult with patients to develop customized treatment plans, and maintain a high standard of patient care. The role includes responsibilities such as administering injectables, assisting with non-surgical treatments, managing patient records, and educating patients about pre and post-procedure care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with aesthetic procedures, including injectables, PRF, laser, IV, and knowledge of other non-surgical treatment options


• Ability to build strong patient relationships through excellent Communication and active engagement


• Possess skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support practice operations, including marketing


• Strong organizational skills, such as Diary Management and Clerical Skills for scheduling and record-keeping tasks


• Active state licensure as a PA, NP, or RN, ACLS, and with the ability to practice in California


• Commitment to maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor


• Willingness to be trained in airway, lifestyle & functional health consultations and progrsm implementation.
