Job Description

I’m currently working with a leading real estate investment and development firm on an Acquisitions Associate hire for its Los Angeles office. The team has built a strong reputation within the affordable housing space and is actively investing across LIHTC, NOAH, and Section 8 strategies throughout the U.S.

This is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity offering direct exposure to acquisitions, underwriting, deal execution, development strategy, and portfolio growth initiatives alongside a lean and experienced investment team. The role is ideal for someone looking to take on meaningful responsibility early and play an active role in sourcing and executing transactions in a rapidly growing platform.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1-4 years of acquisitions or real estate development experience

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

• Direct experience with LIHTC, NOAH, or Section 8 housing is required
