Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating stunning visual experiences through 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering. As a 3D Artist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and contribute to the overall visual direction of our projects.

Responsibilities
3D Modeling:

  • Create high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, and objects based on project requirements.

  • Ensure models adhere to technical specifications and optimize for real-time rendering.

Texturing And Shading

  • Develop realistic and visually appealing textures for 3D models.

  • Implement shading techniques to achieve desired visual effects.

Lighting

  • Design and implement lighting solutions to enhance the visual impact of scenes.

  • Optimize lighting setups for both real-time and pre-rendered environments.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall visual style.

  • Provide creative input and feedback during the development process.

Software Proficiency

  • Utilize industry-standard 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush) to create assets.

  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the 3D art field.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on 3D assets to ensure they meet project specifications and performance requirements.

Documentation

  • Maintain organized documentation of 3D assets, processes, and workflows.

  • Provide clear and concise documentation for colleagues and future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, 3D Design, Animation, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist in a professional setting.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering skills.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Unreal engine, ZBrush, or Blender.

  • Knowledge of real-time rendering techniques (Unity, Unreal Engine).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) projects.

  • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, C#).

  • Knowledge of motion capture techniques.
